Abstract
It has been said that the benefits of Adult Education “are by no means universal neither are they negligible” which presupposes that the results and benefits from adult education depend on an integrated effort. It means that adult learning should not take place in isolation. It has to be an integral part of improving the quality of life of adults, youths, families
and communities. It has to respond to real needs.
