dc.description.abstract | The overall objective of this research is to attempt to produce, by direct compression, indomethacin tablets which have good dissolution characteristics and an improved bioavailability profile, when compared to the capsule formulations currently available. In order to use the direct compression method, the solubilized form of indomethacin should have good flow properties, as well as a small bulk volume for incorporation into reasonably sized tablets. | en_US |
