dc.description.abstractThis study investigates Halal certification from a consumers' perspective. Traditionally, Halal Certified Food Products are associated with the Islamic faith, but they are increasingly becoming popular among non-Muslim consumers. This study focuses on consumers' perceptions and attitudes towards the consumptions of Halal certified food products in Cape Town.
