Report of the commission of inquiry into matters relating to the University of the Western Cape

Abstract

The Commission consisted of Mr Justice Jacques Theodore van Wyk, Judge President of the Cape of Good Hope Provincial Division of the Supreme Court. Advocate P. C. van der Byl, Senior State Law Adviser attached to the Department of Justice, was appointed to lead the evidence and Mr C. van Rens-burg, Administrative Control Officer in the Department of Health, acted as Secretary to the Commission.
