dc.description.abstractIn the light of understanding the strong need for organisations to look beyond the stable individual dispositions and the focus on the ability to respond quickly to disruptive situations with a positive mental state comprising hope, optimism, self-efficacy and resilience. The purpose of the present study was to explore how psychological capital influences organisational citizenship behaviour, organisational commitment and intention to quit.
