dc.description.abstractThe relationship between organizational commitment among public health employees within South Africa is becoming a big concern as highlighted in media and studies. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and absenteeism amongst different occupational clases within a health sector environment in the Western Cape region.
