dc.description.abstract | Background: Twenty-six academic staff members, in a statement to the Rector last week, have expressed their concern about the clash which took place between two student groups on campus recently. The clash occurred when members of the BSSP and AZASM held a meeting on campus which was disrupted by members of SANSCO and the SRC. The reason given for the disruption was that the BSSP and AZASM were banned from campus because they did not adhere to the principles of non-racialism. | |
