dc.description.abstractBackground: RESOLUTIONS taken at the recent Union of Democratic University Staff Associations (UDUSA) congress clearly demonstrated the organization's intentions to develop an alternative model of education. On democratizing universities, UDUSA resolved to secure fading for research into models and approaches to internally democratize universities, as well as to investigate options for regional post-secondary education governance structures.
