    The emergence of Social Networking Sites (SNS) has changed the way people communicate and connect with their world and has become a large part of our daily lives. While this is a global phenomenon, South Africa has amongst the highest rates of SNS usage worldwide. Coupled to this and with modern life becoming more demanding, there has been an alarming increase in mental health diagnoses.
