dc.description.abstractDisruptive changes precipitated by the 4IR have steadily revolutionized the dynamics of library services delivery compelling libraries to embrace disruptive technologies to stay relevant. The study assessed two advanced academic libraries each from Ghana and South Africa by comparing their readiness in the 4IR. The study was guided by an adjusted model emanating from the Socio-Technical Theory (STT) and Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) framework.en_US
