In these direct reactions, only a few nucleons take part in the reaction, with the remaining nucleons of the target serving as passive spectators. Many excited states of the product nucleus can be reached in these reactions.en(p.n.) Reactions on 59co in the intermediate energy rangeReactionsPhysics(p.n.)
