The study design was cross-sectional and conducted in the central, western and eastern regions of Saudi Arabia in both public and private sectors. A self-administered questionnaire, containing the19-item Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) included the Personal Burnout (PB), Work-Related Burnout (WRB), and Client-Related Burnout (CRB) scales and socio-demographic data, was used to determine the prevalence of burnout among dentists.
